TOOLS of the TRADE:design for a cause

ROSA LOVES is a company that create and sell t-shirts, and then donate a percentage to specific individuals with needs. Sixty percent of profits from each story-related T-shirt goes directly to the people in need. The remaining forty percent is divided up among operations and goods costs.

The stories are about individuals in unique situations, with a type of financial need that ROSA feels is a significant and worthwhile cause. Shirts are then designed for each story with special care and attention to the individuality of each. ROSA only uses fair-trade quality clothing, in order to promote the love and proper financial support around the world. The shirts are printed and sold, each design as a limited edition. Because every story's financial need is different, ROSA only will prints and sell as many shirts as it takes to meet the need before we move on to the next story's design.
